An employee was installing electrical cables near the ceiling at a manufacturing facility. The employee was operating a scissor lift at a height of approximately 26 feet. While pulling the cable, a portion of the cable end became entangled on the lift and the lift overturned. The employee suffered left leg injuries that required surgery.
