An employee was working approximately 10 feet inside of a box truck, preparing materials for shipping. He was tightening a ratchet strap to secure gas cylinders. His hand slipped off of the strap and he stumbled approximately 10 feet backwards. He fell out of the back of the truck, approximately 4 feet to the concrete parking lot, and broke his left femur and hip. He was hospitalized and required surgery.
