Fractures

On or about April 28, 2015 at 12:30 PM two employees were repositioning a water buffalo on the jobsite. The water buffalo had been delivered by a dump truck so the spring lock handle was positioned and supported too high to be placed onto a pick up truck hitch. To lower the spring lock handle, the employee kicked away the dunnage that was supporting the handle. In the process of removing the supporting dunnage the handle became unstable and fell to the ground, striking the employee's left foot and breaking it.
