Narrative

An employee was removing a lift (Genie AWP-36S) from inside the church (main aisle, towards back of the church). The employee was lowering the lift when another employee heard a "snap" noise. The lift started to fall. The employee moved away to avoid being hit; in the process, he fell backwards, hit his head, and lost consciousness.
