Narrative

An employee was using a vacuum in the cleaning line when he pressed the wrong button and allowed a pipe to roll past his station. He and a coworker tried to move it back up the line, unaware that another pipe was rolling forward. The employee's right-hand pinky finger got pinched between the two pipes and was later surgically amputated.
