Narrative

An employee got his finger caught between the pallet racking and the freeze dryer cart as he guided the cart towards the freeze dryer with a motorized pallet jack. The cart became stuck at the dryer, and he tried to push it into the racking system. His right pinky finger got caught and was partially amputated.
