Narrative

On June 13, 2015, an employee was operating a stand-up mower. While going up an incline, he lost his balance and slipped off of the mower. He grabbed onto the handle, which made the mower go backwards, and his ankle went under the deck and was cut. He was hospitalized overnight and received ankle stitches.
