Narrative

An employee was operating an overhead crane to move steel coils. While raising the crane to remove the lifting chain, the employee had his right hand on the lifting chain. The end of the chain got stuck and started to pull the coil towards an adjacent coil. The employee's right ring and middle fingers were pinched between the coil and lifting chain. The employee required surgery.
