Narrative

An employee was establishing temporary power for office trailers by installing a ground lug on a ground bar on a motor control center (MCC). The employee used a wrench to tighten the lug and contacted an energized circuit or an energized buss bar of the 480-volt MCC. The employee was hospitalized.
