On July 14, 2015, at approximately 12:45pm, a tree trimmer suffered fractured ribs and injuries to his hip and pelvis after being run over by a Jaraff rubber tired industrial truck used for trimming trees and brush along a right of way. A three person crew was returning to work after a lunch break. The Jaraff operator climbed into the cab of the equipment and began trimming branches. He raised the blade and drove over a pile of brush. When he exited the brush pile, the tree trimmer rose from the pile of brush and called out to the operator that he had been ran over. The employee was hospitalized.
