Narrative

On or about July 27, 2015 at approximately 9:15 p.m., a maintenance employee experienced shooting pain in the left arm, chest, and back, as well as heart palpitations, while installing a pump with two coworkers. His left hand was seizing up and he couldn't move it. The employee was hospitalized for dehydration and heat stress.
