Narrative

An employee was troubleshooting a strapping machine and spraying WD-40 into it when his hand felt like it was going to sleep. He rested his hand on the machine, and his ring and middle fingers were placed in a pinch point. He fractured two bones just below the nailbed, requiring surgery.
