Narrative

An employee was cutting metal rebar with a powered saw on the Staten Island Expressway (Exit 13) when the saw exploded, splashing gasoline onto the employee's legs. The gasoline caught fire, and the employee sustained third degree burns to the legs. The employee was hospitalized.
