Narrative

On 8/13/2015, at approximately 10:00 a.m., an employee was installing electrical insulation on powerlines when a pin broke as he was coming down inside the bucket of a boom truck. He fell and hit the ground while still inside the bucket, breaking his ribs and injuring his right ankle.
