Narrative

An employee climbed a tree and tied off during tree trimming activities. The employee cut a limb, which fell and broke the limb he was tied off onto. He fell approximately 40 feet to the ground, suffering a fractured skull, a blood spot on the brain, and fractured bones around his right ear. He was hospitalized.
