Narrative

On August 21, 2015, an employee was scanning products on the dock when she was struck by an unstable load (boxed flat screen TVs) being transported by a forklift truck. Approximately 500 pounds fell on the employee, who sustained crushing injuries to her left ankle, ligament damage to her right ankle, and contusions to her lower body and both legs. She was hospitalized.
