Narrative

An employee was helping a coworker assemble a vehicle seat. The seat was moving down the assembly line on a jig, which allows the seat to tilt forward and backward. The employee tilted the jig with one hand while his other hand was in a pinch point. The employee's right-hand pinky fingertip got degloved between the first knuckle and the start of the fingernail. The employee was hospitalized.
