An employee was helping to install a wiring system into a residential property. The employee leaned a ladder against the side of the property's gutter system. A 3"x6' gutter cover dislodged and struck the employee in the arm, resulting in a 3-inch laceration to the bone. The employee was hospitalized with muscle and tendon damage.
