Narrative

On or about September 4, 2015, at 12:09 p.m., an employee was riding on the right rear step of a garbage truck during a right-hand turn. He was knocked off of the step when his shoulder contacted an illegally parked semi-tractor trailer, and he fell onto the street, hitting his head and knocking him unconscious. He was hospitalized for a concussion and subdural hematoma.
