Narrative

An employee was grinding meat. As the meat was grinding in the mixer, the employee opened the lid and stuck his hand into the mixer before the blades came to a complete stop. His right hand/arm got stuck between the mixer and the housing resulting in a right arm fracture and removal of skin.
