Narrative

While an employee was moving lumber in row one using a diesel-powered forklift, the top two packs of lumber in row two fell onto the forklift, causing the forklift cage to fail. The cage then struck the employee, fracturing his scapula and dislocating his collarbone. He was hospitalized.
