Narrative

On 10/7/15 at about 1:30a.m., an employee fell from a ladder attached to a tanker truck and broke his left hip and pelvis. The employee was transferring residue from Tanker 11 to Tanker 15 in the tanker pit. The employee was using the ladder attached to Tanker 11 to climb onto the tanker when he fell to the concrete floor.
