Narrative

An Ironworker was tying rebar 8 feet above ground. He hooked the rebar onto a wall with a hook and then leaned back and the wall hook slid off the rebar and the ironworker fell backwards approximately 8 feet to the crushed gravel ground injuring the right leg.
