Narrative

On 10/21/2015, a roofing employee was performing a roofing tear off of dead wood. During the replacement of dead wood the worker ran out of replacement wood. The worker covered an opening in the roof with felt paper. The employee lost his balance and jumped from the roof of a single story mobile home instead of falling through the felt covering. Both heels were injured.
