Narrative

An employee was attempting to rivet two pieces of metal by hand with a rivet squeezer. The employee was holding the metal with his right hand and was operating the rivet squeezer with lift hand. The employee's right middle finger was caught between the rivet squeezer and the metal resulting in a fingertip amputation.
