Narrative

A forklift driver was lifting 4' x 4' totes weighing approximately 120 lbs. when full. Two totes fell and struck the injured employee; one struck the employee's back and the other struck the employee's leg. The injured employee suffered a pneumothorax puncture to the left lung and the right heel bone was fractured.
