Narrative

Two employees were changing the belt on a 201 feed drag conveyor when the machine started to back up. One employee incurred an amputation of four fingertips on the right hand when his hand went over the top of the pulley. Then second employee incurred abrasions to the hand and a strain injury when his hand went underneath the pulley.
