Narrative

While attempting the get a delivery truck out of the mud, two employees placed wood sections of plywood behind the rear tires of the vehicle. The driver got behind the steering wheel of the vehicle, while the injured employee stood at the back of the vehicle. The driver starting backing the vehicle up and struck the employee's right leg, breaking it.
