Narrative

On 11/15/2015, at approximately 1:30 p.m., an employee was working inside a ground stewards tank, which holds the potable water for the city. As he went up some rigging on the inside of the tank, the rigging came loose and he fell down with it. He hit the floor of the tank, breaking his leg and fracturing his face. He was hospitalized.
