Narrative

An employee was finishing a concrete double v-beam with a trowel when a coworker entered the building with a forklift. As the coworker passed the injured employee, his tire caught the employee and pinned him against the form and forklift. The injured employee suffered scrapes to his back, right arm, and right torso.
