Narrative

An employee was counting inventory while riding a lift when the vehicle struck the forks of an upright forklift working in the same area. He fell approximately 19 feet with the lift basket and struck the concrete below, breaking his upper right arm, pelvis, and left leg. He was wearing fall protection at the time.
