Narrative

An employee was using a Sumner roust-a-bout to lift an I Beam. The roust-a-bout lost balance and tipped over. The employee tried to stop the I-Beam from falling. The I-beam fell and landed on the employee's left pinky finger crushing it. The finger was amputated.
