An employee was picking up trash and polishing bollards at the loading dock. A coworker was also using the same dock to load groceries into a freight trailer. The coworker was using a standup forklift and did not see the employee. When the employee stepped out of the bollard area, the coworker's forklift ran over and crushed his left foot.
