Narrative

An employee was loading a scrap wheel into a scrap bin while wearing double cotton gloves. The glove got caught on the edge of the wheel as he set it on the edge of the bin to be thrown in. As he let the wheel go into the bin, his right pinky got caught between the edge of the wheel and the edge of the bin, amputating his right pinky fingertip (without bone loss).
