Narrative

Four employees were taken to the hospital for burns on their face and hands when a machine blew out hot polyphenylene sulfide (chemical). The chemical is used to manufacturer insulator pipes. The employees were trouble shooting the extruder when they were burned. Two employees were hospitalized.
