Narrative

The employee was unloading a pallet to make a box using the mechanical rollback storage rack. The pallet got stuck and the employee attempted to dislodge the pallet with a rod/pole. The employee lost his footing and fell. The employee's left pinky finger was smashed by the falling pallet.
