Narrative

An employee was loading hay on a hay trailer. Ten bales are set on each side of the trailer. When a jack is cranked, pins come up to hold the hay in place. When you crank the jack again, it unloads the hay. The employee went to air up a flat tire. When the tractor was moved, the hay on the left side fell on and crushed the employee.
