Narrative

An employee was loading empty pallets into a trailer using an electric pallet jack. The pallets were stacked too high to fit into the trailer door and they struck the top of the trailer. The pallets fell onto the employee's hand resulting in broken bones and a laceration to the left arm. The employee was hospitalized for surgery.
