An employee was struck by a moving passenger vehicle while crossing the street. The employee was in transport from the new car sales showroom to the used car sales showroom located directly across the street. The employee sustained two broken legs, a broken pelvis, fractured vertebrae, eight broken ribs and a concussion as a result of the incident.
