Narrative

Employee was walking towards the corner of the line kill to add oil to the equipment. He started walking through what appeared to be sawdust on the ground, but slipped and fell in what turned out to be an 11" to 12" deep mix of sawdust and lime mud. He suffered from chemical irritation and small chemical burns to his right leg.
