Narrative

Two employees working from a scissor lift were removing overhead air conditioning duct work at approximately 19 feet in height. When the employees cut the straps that were holding the duct work in place, it swung down and hit the scissor lift, causing it to turn over. The first employee sustained a fractured vertebra and shattered right knee. The second employee suffered a fractured left femur.
