Narrative

An employee was setting a wall on a house. The house's elevation was raised because the grade dropped in the rear of the house. The back walls were set and the end wall was down, being prepped to be set, when the employee slipped on ice and fell about 9 feet. The employee hit their head and suffered a spinal injury.
