Narrative

An employee was injured while hanging a dropped hog onto a rail with a chain hoist. The hog and hanger assembly fell, landed on a floor conveyor, and bounced off striking the employee on the outside of his knee. The hangar portion of the assembly caused a puncture wound to the knee and lacerated a tendon.
