Narrative

An employee was working with a concrete core drill, coring anchor bolts from concrete, when a piece of concrete got caught in the bit. When the employee backed the drill out of the hole, his jacket became caught in the bit. The bit was turning and wrapped the jacket around itself, breaking the employee's left arm.
