Narrative

A maintenance employee repairing a metal entrance gate was moving a vertical fence post. He attached one end of a rope to the post and the other end to the bucket of a skid steer vehicle. He was standing between the post and the skid steer vehicle when the vehicle's operator lost control of the vehicle. The vehicle lurched forward and trapped the employee's head between the post and the bucket of the skid steer vehicle, breaking his eye socket and cheek bone.
