Narrative

On February 8, 2016, at approximately 1:00 PM, an employee working on an HVAC unit fell approximately 8 feet into the return case of an air handler unit on the roof of the structure. The employee suffered vertebrae, rib, and scapula fractures, as well as a collapsed lung.
