Narrative

An employee was traveling from the second floor to the first floor and was about halfway down the first run of stairs toward the platform when he fell and landed with his face hitting the platform wall. The employee suffered two fractured ribs, a punctured lung, a shoulder injury and a dislodged lower tooth.
