Narrative

An employee was training a coworker on an automated press. The press wasn't cycling properly, so the employee attempted to adjust a part. At this time, the coworker inadvertently cycled the press using the two-hand controls. The press ripped the skin off of the back of the employee's hand (partial de-gloving).
