Narrative

Employees were putting a new tire on a loader/forklift. Two employees were using pry bars to manipulate the split rim in order to get the tire to seal correctly around the rim. The injured employee was manipulating the spare tire. One of the pry bars slipped while the injured employee was positioning the tire, amputating his right ring fingertip.
