Narrative

On March 11, 2016, an employee was changing a lighting ballast on an overhead light when the employee made contact with a fuse holder joining the open electrical circuit. The employee was shocked and fell from the ladder, injuring the right side of the body, the thumb, and a finger. The employee was hospitalized.
